Overview
This website is for people interested in our work and potential clients. We process personal data only as far as needed to run the site, answer enquiries and — where used — measure reach.
Hosting and server logs
When you visit the site, technically necessary data may be processed (e.g. IP address in shortened or temporary form, date and time, requested resource, user agent). This supports delivery and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The site is served via hosting/CDN infrastructure. Server log files may be created by the respective provider and deleted or anonymised after a short period.
Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, optional phone, message, selected services/packages) to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Submission may go by email to contact@replace-web.com and/or through our CRM. We keep the data only as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal retention duties.
Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics 4 is loaded exclusively through our Google Tag Manager container and activated only after you consent. We measure page views and successful contact-form submissions in a privacy-conscious way to improve the site. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or other form contents to Google.
Advertising features and advertising cookies remain disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; known optional tracking cookies are then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the right to:
- Access your stored data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent with effect for the future
Contact us at contact@replace-web.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Bavaria, that includes the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
Changes
We update this notice when technology, offers, or the law change. The current version is always on this page.
